Play Day at the Bridge

Mom wanted to play this song "Over the Rainbow" cuz thats where us babies are and have you ever seen a field so green and lovely. This is where we wait for all those mommies and daddies out there that miss us all so much.

Okay! Here's some of us kitties getting ready for a day full of fun and sun. Member mom, how I told ya the sun is always shining on us here? Well, looks like a few of us are getting sleepy but they'll perk up when the fun begins and Mr. Mousie looks pretty impatient there.

Here's a fine group below having some outside fun. All you moms and dads out there shouldn't worry for a minute. We got everything up here we need to have fun, just like when we were with you, just don't have you that's all!! See a doggy still has to fetch stuff and has plenty dirt to dig in. Watch out for da worms, sometimes ya see em and sometimes ya don't. They are by the flowers too! And there plenty balls for us to play with and I think that kitty is doing something like "stopping and smelling the rose" or somethin. And lots a trees with birdies. Oh, and mom the bumblebees don't sting here neither at all.

Just like I told ya, here's one them angels just checking up on us. She's even startin to have fun!!And mom, don't you cry when you look here below--yep, two my favorite things. I just want you to know how happy I am. You played with me so much and I love chasing shadows so even tho it's not too shady here they hada do somethin to make me some shadows. And oh, the many times you played the kitty tease with me--I can jump around again just like this kitty here. And below outside one of the garden gates that there kitty is tryin to skate, better watch out--but he won't get hurt even should he fall.

Now this day we are having some kinda competition stuff. The doggy is peeking over the fence so let the games begin! Okay, lets see what we have. Somethins are self 'xplanatory. Guess the old frog is seeing how fast he can blink and the turtle doing fast spins. That precious kitty is jugglin snowflakes but its not even cold! And I think those worms are just tryin to see if you can catch em peeking.

For the most part, looks like everyone's about to wind down after a busy day of play except for that kitty there who's still trying to fight that paper bag. Mom's gatherin up her babies and that kitty ready to take a nap under its blankie. And yup, I have a wicker chair up at the Bridge. And I'm fixin to go over there and claim it--no one else ever had one and they just love to take turns in mine - and I let em, cept when I'm real tired. That old doggie below is already having doggy dreams. And at the end of each day, the little angel meets with us and says a prayer of Thanks to all our good moms and dads out there and also one to help them to show the love they had for us by helping some of those babies left down there on earth.

After all this and things get quiet, I sneak away to the edge of the Bridge to watch for you mom. This is me and Mia reaching out to our moms far away beyond the starry sky......
